Ready Mix Driver
Driver Responsibilities:
- Transporting concrete from one of our batch plant locations to the customer job site. Must understand they are on the front line and a vital component to the success of our company.
- Operating a concrete truck safely to various locations on and off road.
- Must be able to clearly communicate and follow instructions.
- Perform daily inspections of equipment and report maintenance concerns to service department in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Must have good interpersonal skills with coworkers and customers.
- Ability to work overtime/flexible schedule.
Driver Qualifications:
- Preferred one-year driving experience with a clean record.
- Class A and/or B CDL driver's license required.
- Good customer service skills.
- General knowledge of concrete construction and/or concrete properties is a plus.
- Must be able to understand written/verbal instructions and follow through.
- Must be self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Salary Range: Determined by experience and previous work history.
